Our transactional practice primarily involves negotiating contracts for, and closing, commercial real estate valued from up to twenty five million dollars. Our lawyers also have experience with institutional grade real estate and portfolio transactions valued at over one hundred million dollars. We have particular experience with apartment building and manufactured home park transactions, but routinely provide transaction counsel in all real estate asset classes.

Our lawyers also frequently act in real estate lending transactions, including conventional term loan mortgages, construction financing, syndicated facilities, and secured profit participation agreements. We are experienced with establishing real estate ownership structures through joint ventures, co-ownership agreements, limited partnerships, and other vehicles conventionally used in commercial real estate. Our practice invests in current technology. and maintains necessary administrative infrastructure, to provide reliable and timely service to both private and institutional clients.
